- Making your Payment
- You can pay through our secure internet payment system or by sending a cheque made payable to Bike It (UK) Ltd.
Paypal & all major credit card are accepted.
If you are unsure about giving card details on line you can phone your order through on our sales line on 01723 507332 between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Saturday.
Please remember cheques take 5-7 days to clear and goods will only be despatched when it has cleared.
Goods will remain the property of Bike It (UK) Ltd until payment is received in full.

- Shipping and Handling
- Delivery of Bikes to the Mainland U.K is £10 (except to some areas, such as the Scottish Highlands)
All bikes and any accompanying P&A will be shipped Via Fedex (UK) Ltd.
P&P for Parts and Accessories starts from £5.00; add items to your shopping cart to see actual costs (UK ONLY)
Our aim on bikes is to have the product delivered within 3 working days, small items we would try to ensure from 3 working days.
In the unfortunate event of the delivery being delayed or out of stock we will contact you by email with an estimation of when the product/order will be available.
All Deliveries must be signed for and dated. We ask for you to check the product for damage and incomplete items within 24 hours so we can report this to the courier.
Delivery address must be the same as the customers card details address
- Currency and VAT
- All prices quoted on this website are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the UK rate of 15% where applicable.

- Back Orders
- If we are out of stock we will contact you and if you are happy to wait a couple of days, we will order the item from our suppliers. You should receive your order within 3 - 4 working days.
- If you wish to complain.
- In the unlikely event that you should feel you need to complain, please contact the store either by telephone on 01723 507332 or by mail (contact details as per our contacts page) and address your complaint directly to the Manager.
- Returns
- If, in the unlikely event, you are not 100% happy with your purchase, Bike It (UK) Ltd will refund the retail cost* of the product, provided that it is returned in a perfect saleable condition within 7 days.
Any item bought in error will be exchanged*, eg where you buy the wrong size.
All goods that we sell are covered by a warranty. Most items have a warranty provided by their respective manufacturer, but this warranty must be carried out by us. If you feel that you have an item which is faulty, please return it to us with a copy of your original proof of purchase. If it is found to be a genuine fault of manufacture we will of course repair or replace it free of charge and return it to you with no postage charges. However, if the item is found not to have a genuine fault covered by it's warranty we will contact you to tell you of this. If you subsequently require the product to be returned back to you, we will have to make a charge for carriage.
*unfortunately we cannot refund actual expense ie postage and packing and you will be charged for postage on any replacement items we send out where the original mistake was not ours.
